Gülcan Erçetin has taught English at various levels (K-12 as well as adults). She has also worked as a statistical consultant in a variety of research projects including educational and medical research. She has published on second language reading in hypermedia environments, content and language intagrated learning and made conference presentations on issues related to educational technology, language testing and sociolinguistics. She has been teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels at the Department of Foreign Language Education at Boğaziçi University since September 2001. The courses she has taught includes materials evaluation and preparation in TEFL, teaching L2 reading and writing, L2 testing, and research methods.
